Melissa Dragic Swoope, PharmD, CSP
Melissa is a pharmacist and healthcare executive with more than 20 years across retail health, specialty pharmacy, clinical research, and global biopharma.
As founding head of the Walmart Healthcare Research Institute, she helped launch a national clinical research capability across a 5,000+ store enterprise. She previously led specialty clinical services and field programs spanning payer, pharma, accreditation, and operations, then built global community engagement frameworks at Eli Lilly and Company.
She connects the molecule, protocol, channel, and patient path, and stays accountable through delivery.

Lisa Luciani, PharmD, BCPS
Lisa completed a pharmacy residency and is a board certified clinical pharmacist with more than 10 years across complex medication management, clinical program development, and healthcare strategy.
She builds whole person, people centered care models across care coordination, pain and opioid safety, substance use disorders, mental health, and high risk pharmacotherapy. She turns evidence into practical implementation and stronger interdisciplinary teams.
A national speaker and author of more than a dozen publications, Lisa is active in the American Academy of Pain Medicine and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
